Handlebars, TrailMaster Storm 200

I ordered a set of trail master storm handlebars and the condition they arrived in was pretty poor by GPS standards; the paint was chipped down to the bare metal in several places and the metal itself was gouged. It didn’t happen in transit because they used a mile of bubble wrap and packing paper in the box it arrived in. Someone didn’t seems to care very much about how the product looked when they packaged it. Arrived on time though. I sent an email to them to address the issue and got no response.
