Performance kit features 4 easily interchanged parts that will turn your factory stock 6.5 hp engine into a beast.
You will use your original emulsion tube.
Header pipe may have small areas of surface rust.
With the newer Coleman units, they will come stock with an EPA Carburetor with a jet that cannot be backed out. It is recommended that you use our stock carburetor and swap the stock jet with the performance .038 jet.
This kit features:
- 1 air filter adapter, choice of RED or Blue
- 1 K&N style high flow air filter, choice of RED or Blue
- 1 upgraded main jet - .038
- carb. gaskets
- 1 performance header pipe
- 20" Safety header sleeve
These products help the engine to breathe better and ultimately move more air in and out of the engine more efficiently which gives you more power!

The pipe that I got sent did not fit my mini bike, they welded the parts completely wrong, they also promote their safety sleeve on their video saying “we are now including it in every single mini bike kit that we sent out” and guess what, I didn’t get it. I expected a professional kit being delivered to me, but I got nothing but a pipe that doesnt fit any type of mini bike, and a missing safety sleeve. In this picture the pipe isn’t even all the way in because it doesn’t even fit this way, keep in mind that the pipe should be on the other side of the bike!
18 mph new..with stage 1 kit..30 mph..ordered torque converter kit..and a cam will be installed next..thank you..

Put this kit on my Coleman CT200U. Used a easy out to remove the factory jet. The bike rips now.

I purchased the stage 1 upgrade for my stock coleman BT200X. Well, everything bolted on as it should, looks great except.... The jet in the carb doesn't come out. So basically, unless I buy a new carberator, the whole bike is now junk. has no power, has even LESS power off choke, sputters and pops due to the airflow being wrong as well as the header pipe. so I either put it all back to stock to even ride it, or i buy a new carberator. Which by the way,l all the good carbs are conveniently...OUT OF STOCK!. I also bought the expensive bolt on torque converter kit. Seems to work ok, but wont know if it pulls better until i get the new carb. So, my review is telling everyone, they should have told me the carb can not be rejetted.Not happy at all about that. all the youtube videos show great results from their produicts. Well, I guess they aren't telling the WHOLE story then.
