Coleman Rear Rack for CT200

Y'all don't have any hardware to mount the rack

This rack looks great on the BT200X. I drilled two holes in the frame to secure the bracket and used 1.5” light bar mounting clamps and 1/2” steel tube to create struts. A little black paint and voila!

I had to order some braces separate because I couldn’t mount it

Rack itself is good sized for bike. However, mounting it is problem. Holes in mounting bracket dont fit fender bracket. Support bars have holes on bottom for axle bolt. However , the axle is not long enough to go through brackets. Bottom line is you have to get longer bolt for axles, plus engineer solution for mounting rack itself. Better than fabricating your own rack, but difficult to mount.

with a little customization. i ended up tapping the supports into the frame rather than using the axle. if you want to install on the axle you need to get a longer axle. coleman sells a kit you can use as well, but this worked great for me if you have the tools.

I put this on my ct200 u-a. Is definitely made for the ct200 u because I struggled to get the supports to fit on the short axle. This product did help though. I threw a chain today and I had the tools on this to patch me up. I suggest buying a longer rear axle with this product.

looks good but one of the tie down anchors is welded on crooked, but it will be ok
