I love this pipe it pops like crazy and the welds look amazing
This header pipe for my trail master 200 is outstanding it is wowed and it fit like a glove. I would highly recommend this header pipe for your minibike, and if it does go under your seat, I would suggest a heat sleeve. Best of luck to everybody but it’s an outstanding product.
It is super loud
I was worried I’d have to bore the holes to fit the 224cc but it bolts right up and sounds great! Note you may have frame clearance issues depending on model.
Even in rural areas, probably gonna want a muffler. I chose a rlv mini91 clamped on with an all metal quick release bicycle seat post clamp. I can take it off in seconds and go for a rip. After a couple of failed attempts, it ended up painted Rust Oleum high heat paint (2000°?) In a matte aluminum that, if applied and cured properly can be polished to what is in the pictures. That muffler has been on there awhile. Burned a coupla pairs of baggy pants, so, I wrapped that sucker in titanium header wrap. Looks and sounds good in my opinion
Worked on my coleman ct200uex with a predator 224 and 1 inch engine risers. But I did have to heat it in a vise with a torch and bend it just a little bit. Sounds great tho
Seems good quality. I'm sure it fits the trailmaster perfectly. I purchased this in hopes it would fit a Massimo mb200s with the swingarm without modifications. I have 12in shocks on it and it barely touches the spring. It exists behind the shock. Also the fender will have to be cut. I'm going to bend it with a torch and install a rlv B91 muffler.
Loud af!!! Grab the attention of your local Karan with this one!!
Awesome loud ass header, scared the crap out of the horses in the area so had to add a muffler. It seams to work just as well with muffler with no loss of power
Its loud and it sound great but i had to make adjustments in order for it to fit my 212 predator swapped coleman 200 mini bike
