Mega Moto 212cc roller frame without an engine. The Mega Moto 212 is a fantastic mini bike that has a Head Light, Front Suspension, Front and Rear Hydraulic Brakes, Torque Converter, and huge 19X7-8 Tires all on a beefy frame. This kit will not come assembled, the photos only depict what it would look like assembled. Ships in one box and assembly would be required. Local pick up is available but should contact us prior to arrival.
Due to different engines being used for this build, this kit does not come with a crankshaft bolt for the Driver unit. For 196cc/212cc/225cc engines, you will need a 5/16" Fine Thread x 2-1/4" bolt. Make sure the bolt catches at least 3/4" thread inside your crank and be sure to tighten with an impact gun.

Best that you can get for your...
Before I decided to get this one I looked at a bunch of different ones, none have all the things that this one offers, getting this frame, a motor and upgrades was cheaper than getting a Coleman bt200x and it looks much better. Now not everything is perfect but for the price cannot complaint, the box that it came in was destroyed and it was on hold by FedEx for 3 days, in fact if I didn't decided to go and pick it up from the warehouse could still be sitting there, as a result the frame was badly scratched, the seat have some cuts (nothing that a few extra dollars can't fix) but still I think that Go Power Sports should improve on the packaging to prevent this from happening, also even though there is a little assembly booklet and videos, the bolts and boots aren't labeled so you have to spend some time figuring things out and lastly some of the parts don't fit without serious persuasion (rear fender) the brackets that it mounts too where welded out of alignment. But overall it is the best that you can get for this little money.

Great Job!!
A neighbor bought the kit and asked me to help him assemble it, I was so impressed whit the kit that he had bought that I ordered one the same day. This kit is a well thought out mini bike for a assembly line and goes together with ease and with basic tools. I installed a Harbor Freight 212cc Predator engine with a stage 1 kit and this thing goes and rides better then some dirt bikes I have been on. I ordered my kit and had it is a few days, the only thing I have to say about this kit is the instructions are worthless for the most part but the guys here at GoPowerSports.com have a really good video to help out it's well worth the watch before you get started. If you are looking for a really good bike at a low price this is the one for you. I can't tell you how pleased I have been with my purchase,

Best mini bike I’ve...
I have this bike with a built predator 212 and I am pushing about 57 mph with stock torque converter and gearing. Love the front and rear disc brakes and the suspension.

Legit!
This is my second frame kit from GPS. I love this bike! The shipping box was in absolute terrible condition but all parts were present and mostly undamaged, save for some scuffs. I paired this with a Ducar 212. My favorite mini out of the 4 I have!

Awesome, but….
This kit is awesome, but there are a few things that I would change. 1st off, the directions I got said to remove the parts from the steel crate - it comes in a box. It also showed - in the directions I got - that it came with the rear wheel and everything in the back already assembled - it doesn’t. My directions had nothing to do with the back end of the bike. Not how to assemble anything other than the front, which bolts to use, etc. The bolt kits are also not labeled so you are constantly guessing which bolts to use. A simple label on the packaging for each kit would be nice. It took longer to assemble because I had to go to the website and watch the video a couple times to figure out a couple parts. All in all, it was fairly easy to assemble - minus the time figuring out which bolts to use. The bike itself is very comfortable to ride, and big enough for what I plan to use it for.

Mega Moto 212cc Minibike...
Shipped fast and parts were bubble-wrapped fairly well, but some metal brackets were bent and torque converter cover was damaged in shipping, nothing I wasn't able to mold/bend/work around. Overall nice kit at a reasonable price.

Great mini bike...
This kit was simple to put together and is a much better value than a Coleman mini bike. The installation video was great. The only thing that was weak is there isn't any videos on wiring the light or adding brake light. Comfortable ride and mine did 41 mph with a stick harbor freight motor.

Daddy has his own mini bike too...this one is...
First of all, what's not to love about the looks of this beast: Big fat tires, drive shaft, CVT clutch, hydraulic brakes, super comfy seat, great chain, sprocket, CVT covers, headlight, luggage rack, etc....add a 212cc HBF Engine and you are done! Literally: Add the 212cc Harbor Freight Engine, the bolt holes line up EXACTLY. I wish I had that knowledge going in. So my box came in looking like someone had thrown it down a set of escalator stairs. I'm surprised that I had all the parts honestly. Can't blame GPS here, but FEDEX literally tried to unbox it themselves. A few paint isses as a result, but nothing major and nothing I would have sent it back for. (If I could have. I don't think Walmart has enough packing tape in the state of Florida to fix that box) First impression was, Jeez these wheels are HUUUGE. Big, fat, wide knobbies. The frame is beeeeeeefy. And....it's mostly all apart, sans the hydraulic brakes and electrics being on the handlebars. Assembly instructions? Yeah, they are kinda lacking...but GPS has an assembly video on YouTube that I found extremely helpful with very few little details to have to figure out on your own. The biggest hiccup I had was with the drive shaft. I had to coerce the shaft, as the center pipe was a bit off center. No amount of grease (you need grease anyway) was going to fix that. I was concerned that it didn't quite spin free. It spun, but a little bit of drag was there. We shall see if this kills bearings or not. Likely the drive shaft itself will 'wear in'...hopefully. Cool headlight...nice touch on the style...totally useless unless you upgrade your engine with a flywheel that will generate some power. I plan on adding a 12v battery somewhere with a switch just for style points. The hydraulic brakes are badass...my rear was stuck shut out of the box...which means they are badass. A little coaxing and the pads separated and allowed me to install them. In practice the brakes truly are badass though. The rear will lock up around 10 mph on pavement if you aren't careful, I haven't tested that on dirt. The front seems to be a little less grippy, which no one minds right? Mini-bike somersaults are no fun at all. The CVT...jeez man, can you get any more torque in that thing? I really can't express this. A standard clutch, you go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and it finally catches and gets you going. This thing just takes off...brr...hang on. It will jerk you back brother...with a stock Predator 212cc Engine. Literally: Add the 212cc Harbor Freight Engine. (I know I said that) The best surprise after dealing with the MM80's engine mounting awkwardness was that this Engine drops in without a fuss, no muss, lock that sucker down and move on. The installed drive on the shaft of the engine lined up almost perfectly with the portion of the CVT on the drive shaft. Only needed a very slim washer for perfect alignment. The belt should last for a while...or be shredded by this torque monster... All together this thing is beefy for a minibike but as a 6' tall, 200 lb man, I fit comfortably. The front suspension is great for curb bumps and such, but that hard tail is still a hard tail. I have learned that I can use my legs to cushion bumps. I suggest you do too. Stock...I mean, assembled, bolt on engine out of the box...this BEAST did 47 mph on my phone GPS. I've ridden bikes most of my life, but there's something about being 10" off the ground (not literally) and doing almost FIDDY that will get your blood pumping. The best part is that I got my daughter (10 yr old) a MM80 with a 79cc engine so we can putt together...(Yeah, hers has been limited to 20 mph, so don't be coming at me Stan or Karen)....now that is truly what it is all about.
