This easy to assemble Torque Converter Kit replaces the stock centrifugal clutch, which is only meant for light street riding. We have done the engineering and leg work to make sure installation is as soon smooth as possible. With a few basic tools, you'll be ready explore where ever you please. This Coleman 200 Series Torque Converter Kit is specific to the Coleman 200 Series Minibikes because the majority of the Coleman Minibike's have an uncommon 16mm crankshaft.
Please ensure the jackshaft nut is torqued down before use. Do not overtighten or you will damage the bearing.

The Coleman 200 Series Torque Converter Kit includes:
- Special Coleman 200 Series Driver and Sleeve for 16mm Crankshaft
- All hardware and riser kit needed for proper clearance.
- Replacement belt is #9.100.018, belt option 725.
- Replacement bearings for jack shaft #6003
- High Quality GoPowerSports 30 Series Pulleys
- Blue TAV Cover
If using a stock Coleman engine we recommend you change the return spring shown on side of listing, part# JF 168-F-14.
Stock spring will limit rpms of the engine.

The Coleman 200 Series Torque Converter Kit will also fit the Predator 79cc Engines. However, it does not work with Coleman CT100 Minibikes.

Used this torque converter on a axis minibike from Lowe's and it was well worth the money, fit like a charm.

Noticable torque increase. Decrease in acceleration but top speed is increased. Note 1 inch risers are not enough for cover to go on BT 200x unless you cut off the bottom of the cover next to rear pulley. Belt rubs on cover if you do not rise engine more or cut cover even more. No instructions and extra sprocket and spacer can make you second guess yourself during install process. Top speed has been increased from 20 to 30
Coleman 200 Series Torque Converter Kit
Everything great so far. Customer service was excellent getting the package to my door. I have 2 small issues. 1. Nuts, bolt, and washers were a jumbled mess in the box. 2. Hardware for mounting the backplate was incorrect threading for my coleman bt200x. (Not sure if it varies but I needed to make a trip to the hardware store to get the correct bolts)
A great kit to increase speed without making any other major modifications. Easy to install and all parts needed are included in the kit.
Unit came with wrong sized bolts and still missing brass bushing.

Everything was a direct fit. You will need to buy four M8 1.25X30 to bolt up the torque converter mounting plate to the engine. I did notice more torque on the bottom end. (Taking off from a dead stop).
