Note: Most Coleman Bikes engines come with jets that are not removable. Suggest order stage 1 carburetor that comes with performance jet ( .038) already installed. SKU PSC.S2

TrailMaster MB200 Uses this performance kit
Performance kit features 4 easily interchanged parts that will turn your factory stock 6.5 hp engine into a beast.
You will use your original emulsion tube.
Header pipe may have small areas of surface rust.
With the newer Coleman units, they will come stock with an EPA Carburetor with a jet that cannot be backed out. It is recommended that you use our stock carburetor and swap the stock jet with the performance .038 jet.
This kit features:
- 1 air filter adapter, choice of RED or Blue
- 1 K&N style high flow air filter, choice of RED or Blue
- 1 upgraded main jet - .038
- carb. gaskets
- 1 performance header pipe
- 20" Safety header sleeve
These products help the engine to breathe better and ultimately move more air in and out of the engine more efficiently which gives you more power!
Optional Upgrade Features:
- Performance muffler for a quieter sound and added low and mid-range power.
- Header Pipe must be supported with a brace to prevent damage to the pipe. we recommend part #KDHBS.
- Heavy duty valve springs meant to add performance and durability.
- Header gasket
Takes about 20 - 30 minutes to install.

Over all we are happy!
Shipping said it would take 3-5 days and it took over two weeks to receive order in the mail. Were we supposed to get valve springs? Are we supposed to put those in when changing the exhaust and the jet? When we called the guy said we needed the the muffuler hanger and we did not! So we have a 8$ item we do not need. And when we ordered the muddy girl decals we thought the plastic was included to. Now we have stickers and no where to put them. So if you have the parts the decals go on. Please let us know so we can order them. And if you have any other stickers or patches or promotional items you can send us that would be greatly appreciated. But over all we are happy. The performance kit did not work as well. We thought it would make it faster than that.

Perfect fit, easy install.
This kit is technically for a Coleman CT200 and we have an RB200 but it fit perfectly. The exhaust hugs the frame fairly tightly on the right side but there was enough room to slip the heat sleeve on without issue. The Stage 1 carb and intake were easy to install and work perfectly. Bike sounds great and is more responsive!
